Nice little Jem of a sandwich shop. I had the Philly cheese steak with extra peppers. Wish I want just passing through so I could try more of the menu.

Best sub shop in Jacksonville, both the location on Mayport Road and the food truck in front of Home Depot on Atlantic and Girvin are equally great in my opinion! Check em out, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing! Every single time i go here the food is amazing and does not disappoint! The fries are always crispy and fresh and that's so important to me. Great customer service as well. Today when I picked up my food they gave me 2 face masks. That just shows how they care about their community. Love this place!

Love this place. Great menu! You can't go wrong. Last time I got the grilled Montreal and it is pastrami on sourdough, white cheddar cheese curds and yellow mustard. It is like the tastiest grilled cheese with meat! I highly recommend this place. The service is good, the wait is short and the menu is great!

Sometimes you call a place a hole in the wall and really isn’t. This place is. And my chicken Philly sandwich was awesome. Tricky parking there - make sure you leave space to facilitate backing out.

Love this spot. We live near and it's definitely one of our go-to's for lunch. Great philly cheesesteaks, and pressed sandwiches. Heck of a Ceasar Salad too! Super responsive and caring owners running it as well!

The best sandwich shop in North Florida. Run by a great group of foodies. Military friendly establishment with fresh ingredients (bread, meats, vegetables) and sauces made in-house. Every menu item has something to offer!

First time customers -- loved it! We had the Cuban, the Philly (with cheese whiz), Sweet Caprese, & fiesta fries. All were delicious. Many vegetarian and vegan choices were available.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. I'm vegetarian and they are very accommodating of my dietary choices. My favorite items are the fiesta fries without meat, and the K-pop porto. Every time I eat here I'm treated with love and respect and that comes through in the food too. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

So passed this place for years when I worked at NS Mayport, never tried it but always saw a decent crowd. A coworker asked if I wanted to go for lunch that I was "in for a treat" and I'm upset I never tried it before. Took the staffs recommendation for The Godfather sub and it is to say the least addicting. Do not judge a book by its cover their food comes out picture perfect and I'm curious if they put drugs in it cause I was craving another that night. Staff was awesome bunch of laid back beach boys. Thanks for the recommendation and the amazing sub guys! I'll for sure be back!

My husband and I were clueless that they delivered until February of last year and we were so excited to try them out! We order a few times a week to a few times a month now and have tried nearly everything on the menu. Our favorite is the Godfather; its perfection (and don't forget the animal fries)! The chicken caesar salad is fantastic. Anything from Sub Cultured is the right thing to try!

Great Godfather (Italian) sub - the dressing is fabulous and really makes the sandwich. There’s a great garlic aioli to go with the fries; our fries were a bit too crunchy, but still the meal as a whole was great.

Best subs in jax, I go out of my wah to go here anytime I'm close to Atlantic Beach. The also deliver in the area, so go get a beer at Green Room or Southern Swells and order a sub. The Montreal is awesome as is the poutine, but I'm sure anything on the menu is amazing.

Coming from a fine dining background I tend to be hyper critical of almost all restaurants. I can’t find a single bad thing to say about sub cultured best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. The Yerba mate is great too. Super chill guys working and really helpful. Highly recommend and def will be going back.

I'm on a work trip for 2 weeks and I've eaten here multiple times. Every sub I've tried so far has been amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Best hole in the wall for miles, these guys crank out unique sandwich choices and great side like there poutine which is to die for. My favorite thing to get is there Caswell hot roast beef sandwich with Havarti and Italian cream sauce. The combination of these three ingredients along with tomatoes and sprouts on fresh bread keeps me coming back for more. If you've never tried Sub Cultured you should definitely treat yourself to a unique experience!

Listen... this shop just keeps killin it. I ordered a order of fiesta fries and a sausage sandwich tonight for dinner, and damn son, delivered pretty quick and was delicious. With my wife being pregnant I’m sure I’ll be getting these fries again...and again....aaaaaaaand again.

Great hot sandwiches. One of the best places in the Jax Beach area. Gypsy fries are gluten free so the wife can eat here as well.

Wow! The food was AMAZING. Ordered thru Door Dash where things can go wrong... lol Order with modifications was perfect! I got a pressed Godfather and other half got a classic cheesesteak with cheese wiz. They were so freaking good! Ordered poutine with gravy on the side. Fries arrived warm and still crisp! Was not a fan of the gravy but the seasoning on the fries was yummy. Definitely check this place out!

Quite a long wait for a mediocre sandwich. Never had to wait less than 20 minutes for a run of the mill sub whether they appear to be busy or slow. I’ve had friendly service from some, and not so friendly from most who work there. Come on you guys can do better for the price of your food!

Hands down one of the best sub places in jax. Honestly if your in the beach area near mayport definitely check them out. They do not disappoint when it comes to any of their subs.

To say I like this place is a vast understatement always amazing, yummy, clean, and on point.

Well I took down my review because a friend of the owner asked me to give them another chance. Was just informed they refuse to serve us anymore because I left a review about rude service and bad food. Just unprofessional as it gets. Go to philly's finest or surfwitches. They're 10x better and actually care about their customers.

Great sandwiches and great customer service!Sandwiches were taking longer than normal to get out due to them being out of chicken at the moment. We were informed of the delay and the staff refunded us for our meal, for that we were very appreciative!When our food came out it was hot and fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed my Sweet Caprese, it had just the right amount of sweetness to it!

For the first time in my life I ate a sandwich with pickles on it... I couldn't bare the thought of molesting the perfection that was my Cuban. I've since tried pickles. They are still cucumbers soaked in pure evil, but thank you. Thank you Sub-Cultured for showing me that there is a good pickle out there. As outstanding as hole in the wall services get. Great and interesting drink and chip variety. I will be back! Thanks!
